My Norc AR

The question is, when you squeeze the trigger, does it still go bang? If so, then who cares? Awesome build by the way.

Here's my bush league AR cobbled together with spare change;

Bush league flashlight from DX...been using it for more than three years, brighther than hell, never had any issues....cost me $13 CAD....bush league optics....cost me $30, still holds a zero, no issues so far.

It goes bang everytime I squeeze the trigger, and gets a decent grouping on bush league ammo with a s**tty DX optic.

I'm new to black rifles, new to shooting in general, but I'm not deterred by the grumblings of elitists and purists. I knew ahead of time that I'd encounter those types on this forum, no big deal. Personally, I don't think I'd ever buy used gun, unless I knew the previous owner. It's just like buying a used car, modified or not, you're taking your chances no matter what.

Regarding the low profile gas block issue, I bought an S&J Hardware one from ctcsupplies.ca and there was nothing at all wrong with the product, but for the guy installing it for me, that was another matter. Apparently, it was a complete pain in the #### to take the FSJ off the Norc. Next time, it'd be better to grind the *ucker down.

I think the OP's gun is just fine, it looks good and I'm sure it shoots well. As far as trusting a factory installed taper pinned (apparently, with a hydraulic press on the Norc) cut down FSB, or a set screw clamp on gas block installed by a schmoe in his garage that relies on heat sensitive Loc-Tite for it's position - don't be silly. I know it doesn't come down to life or death for us, but when it does the factory (FN or Colt) uses taper pins. If both methods were equal, C7's, C8's and M4's would come with clamp on set screwed gas blocks - they don't.

Probably should have checked on my thread more often, haha thanks for the kind words from ppl who know what my intentions with this gun where. for the other(s).....Some peoples post makes me laugh. I did nothing that would altered the reliability of my rifle. 2 reasons for chopping down the FSB, main reason was because I didnt have to buy new parts, and 2, I understood that the factory gas block would be better than a cheap low pro model that doesnt use tapper pins. Regardless, if I was as wise as a certain goof ball that will rename nameless I would have spent the $40 to put a less reliable part on my gun.
On a side note I'm not being cheap with my gun because I dont have money, Why would I spend $3000 or more on a gun I have to go to a range with. If I want to spend some coin, I'd buy a tavor so you can actually use it, instead of being some kind of a Range Superstar. (I'd bet at least 1 person at YOUR range thinks your cool)
Lastly weather you (you know who you are) know about guns or not, noone is going to give you any kind of respect when your being a #### for no reason. (no offense lol)
end rant

oh and pbr streetgang and mr donut and everyone else who posted their norc's up, they are all awesome, gives me some good ideas for the future
thanks

Did you bought this gun recently or you had it for a while?
I am thinking of getting a Narinco AR15 as well...but I dont see much review on it online.
Is the inside of the Narinco Ar15 same as other Ar15?

There are TONS of reviews on this rifle, just gotta look around a little. Hit the Search on this forum and you'll find a ton. Youtube's got a bunch as well.

I've had the gun for 18months I guess, keep changing little things here and there, alot of vendors here sell them
As far as I know all the parts are more or less interchangeable with other ar's
