Yes, I had a good look at your pics in post 80.
I know I will be hated (again) by some of you,
but I didn't know you call the airsoft one "realsworld"
The good news is that you can make that airsoft mount
(provided that is aluminum)
to make use of the recoil lug on the rail.
All you need is to drill and tap the mount
at the exact position in such a manner that a bolt (screw)
assembled in the mount would be
exactly at the rear of the recoil lug.
The realsword one doesn't do that - it just doevtails over the whole thing and two top screws hold it in place. Not a great design IMO but should work OK since it's only a .223.
Yeah, well..... Thanks for the additional details.Lector - this is a airsoft mount - not military.... it slides onto the mount from the front and then the two screws "lock" it down. You don't drill holes into anything. The only thing that holds it on is the pressure from the two screws.
