What did you make the brake out of? Looks like aluminum....the innards must be steel I assume?

It's aluminum, no steel core. I'm interested to see how it holds up.

No clue, I don't know. My scale does not go that low.

Cheek weld is ok, what I really need is a longer adjustable stock.
Maybe I'll go with an ergo unit.

Very cool!!! What is the barrel length? Just trying to figure out how far that liner brake is slid on to the barrel. I freaking like it. Wish I had a lathe !
