My Ontario PAL/RPAL Timeline

So, today is the 45 day period and I called the CFC about my app. They told me the CFO now has it for final approval. I called the CFO and was informed everything looked great on my app and the person I talked to said they would forward the app to the supervisor for final approval and to call back in a few days. WOOT!

Expect to Party in a week! :D

Just wondering about this part of the application, it is a bit confusing to me:

Have you been certified by the Chief Firearms Officer as meeting the safety training requirements OR have you successfully completed a course
approved by the Attorney General of Manitoba or Quebec prior to 1995?

If you passed both of the tests and want to send your application in before you get your results mailed back to you, do you click YES for this? Or is this something completely different?

I'm in ON if that helps.

Edit: Went on Yahoo Answers and my question has been answered, should have done that before posting. Sorry.

If you apply for a STATT what Gun would you put on the app? How can you apply for an Auth to transport a Firearm when you don't own one? I'm not being a smart ass, as i'm going to be in the same spot as you in another few weeks.

from what i've been told, since i have the serial # of the gun i'm buying i would put that one on statt so hopefully by time i have the gun il have the statt to be able to take it to the range, waitin to hear back from cfo to get my RPAL # so i can start the actual transfer...

"Your application has been processed and your licence has been issued. If you have not received your licence within 2 weeks please contact the Canada Firearms Centre Toll Free number. (1-800 731-4000)"

62 days total from application received to license issued. By the time I get back from training, my license should be at my house and with all the money i'll make, I can buy my first firearm and most likely have enough money left to get a range membership so I can start building my AR. This is by far the best Monday i've ever had. YES!!!!!
