Going to wanstalls to window shop is better than a movie. They just always have new stuff. For those shoppers who buy often, they all know it is one of the best shops in BC to buy from. Warranty issues rarely, rarely ever take long due to any shop. It is almost always the distributor, repair center, manufacturer OR the paperwork process that takes a long time.
Sorry to hear you may have had a bad experience, glad to hear the original Poster had a good one in the end.
