Just getting into the world of precision shooting and this is my starting point. A Savage 10FP in .223 (any tips and help would be appreciated when it comes to loads for this rifle)

Great start! Lets see a range report.
The rifle has 1-9" twist which allows for bullets in the 60-70gr range. I would start with 68gr match bullets.

Just working up some loads for my Savage 110FP in .223. So far 75gr A Max's are the best, most consistent sub moa groups. I also recently picked up some Varget, so will see how that goes. Good luck with the new Savage!
