Guys guys, I have a old Savage 110 long action in .243Win that wants a new barrel. What would be a good option for a bull barrel and what is available in Canada or semi-easy import??? Any help would be appreciated.

Check out my old barrel thread, some guys posted few links on barrels, you can easily find one for you budget. Plus you can move up to .308 or .260 Rem as far as I know with .243 short action

243 long action. He can fit anything on the -06 case as well. - dan

If you tell me the dimensions of the barrel you want, I can have it made for you; contouring doesn't generally cost anything extra. I also have a list of standard contours with all their measurements on our website.

Thanks, and I may just do that. I think it will be a summer project once I have some free time. Too many rifle projects at the same time!!!
