Finally got all 3 models of the Savage Pocket Pistols in .380. Would have liked to have a complete collection with the .32's as well but thanks to the gov't I'm not 12(6). Anyways it only took me about 5 years to get these three together. From l-r is a model 1907, a model 1915 and a model 1917.

Always looking for spare parts if anybody on the site has any.

Very cool!

IIRC, the little Savage pistols were one of the first to have a double stack magazine... which was unheard of firepower for their day.

NAA.

The .32 were double stack. I have one I haven't fired yet but will someday...

Ya, your right, I just went and double checked, the .380's are as well. Not sure why I thought it was the other way around, I've shot the 07 and the 15 plenty before.

Bogus, I've got a couple of the repro boxes that they house the guns in in the safe, I'd like to find a couple original Savage ammo boxes for them.

Very nice collection. Especially the 1915 which is the rarest of the Savage pistols. Finding parts is always a problem. Not only are the models fairly rare, but there was so much hand fitting at Savage that a lot of parts won't fit without some work. I don't have any, but I'm curious about what parts you need. You might contact Mike Carney in the US. I don't have his phone, but he lives in West Moreland, New York. Also, Jim Shaffer, whose contact information I don't have here, but could probably find if you want to PM me. The most knowledgeable collector of Savage pistols is Bailey Brower, Jr., who recently published what must be the best book about them. While he's happy to talk about the guns, I don't think he sells anything. The best place for boxes, manuals and the like, as was written above, is Rediscovered Shooting Treasures. They sell reproductions, but they're very high quality. If you want originals, best look at Gunbroker or the US website for National Automatic Pistol Collectors Association. But they'll cost. I'm still trying to find a spare magazine for my 1915. It's just really nice to see information from a collector. Congratulations.

I've spoken with Bailey a few times and I know a few of the guys that got recognition in his book. Jim and Dave Koch are real good for parts as well but they're hard to get ahold of. I've got Jims email addy and he usually hands the search off to Dave and then you don't hear back from them again, haha. I've got a buddy (Todd) who has a box full of parts but he fell off the face of the earth as well. Right now I need an extractor spring and an ejector to get my 2nd 1915 in .380 running again. Ya, I've got two of them.
