Well it finally came. After almost a week of beeing lost at canada post it is here. :dancingbanana: Can't wait to get it to the range this weekend.. :shotgun:

Was it sent Priority Post? My firearm was lost by Canada Post as well despite being Priority Post over night delivery. It was found days later sitting in some storage room?????

Well i don't think it was sent "overnight" priority but it was sent out for delivery about 24 hours after it was sent from edmonton. I was beginning to think i would never see this one.. Just happy it all got worked out. Jim at PnD was as concerned as i was, calling them and harasing customer service as much as i was.

The first thing the wife said when she got home is i want to see the new pistol. I love her :) Sad thing is, i know i am going to have to get her, her own pistol asap because if she's at the range with me i'm not going to get much time on this one.
 
I'm really wanting one in 9 mm. Is the barrel factory SIG? Where was the slide/frame manufactured? Germany or NH, USA?

Belive me friend i didn't get this pistol to be anything CLOSE to matt deamon.. #### matt deamon #### jason bourne. Should i have gotten a rugger, would that have worked for YOU? Should i cut my grass to the east? Part my hair in the middle? I bought this because I wanted some thing i can beat around and depend on. Certainly not because of hollywood, since those clowns are half to issue with people thinking hangungs are just baby killers.

Please say you don't purchase guns based on what hollywood thinks is cool?:eek:

He used the sig sp2022? I got one of them! I was gonna sell it to fund a
p226 but I am now keeping it to go with my p226. My two girlfriends. Nice guns!!
 
Yeah just slightly grumpy this morning, didn't have my coffe in me yet, didn't mean to freak out that bad:redface: . I just don't like beeing compared to some movie guy...

Took it to the range today.. put 400 rounds through it. 100 of some winchester factory, and 300 of some once fired from blackdimond alberta that i got at TSE. Some fail to eject problems, Which i am not too worried about (from both ammo makes). I didn't lube it, or too much of a wipe down ither, pretty much right out of the box. All cleaned and lubed now. Next weekend i will put a few hundred more through it, which will determin whether i call sig or not.

dont worry wasnt comparing you to matt daemon or jason bourne, but the first thing that came to mind , like i said was jason bourne,

and please dont put ruger and sig in the same level, because they are so different, you can "beat" the sig, but i wouldnt on a ruger.

oh and i bought a GLOCK 7 super special ceramic edition after i saw die hard 2. but i never take er take her out. im worried John McClane will fly through my window and donkey punch me.

No worries there will never be a ruger in my safe. I think the next one i am getting in a glock 17. The wife seems to be able to grip it better, she can't even pull the trigger on the sig with one finger... So that isn't going to work.
 
really? Well maybe i am the rare one here. I "try" to buy things that are known to be reliable. Movies never really play into the purchase factor for me. Mainly because i don't watch many of them anymore, i think the last movie i seen was "i am legend"... Wasn't really paying attention to what he was packing. Was more thinking about what i would be packing.

I mean if i am looking to buy some thing and everyone has em, there might be some thing to it. So i'll look into what the buzz is about, but if it is pure hype and not actually a quality product i don't usually buy it.
