My tikka project finished, rough sighted *pics back up*

Great job for sure! When I lowered my talley lightweights, I left a step, but did not machine the dovetail. The effect is the same from the outside, you would have to look very closely to see the difference. I agree they didn't look fantastic just sitting on top of the action.

What scope did you go with? How about a finished pic?
 
Great work Double Gun, I have several Tikka's just because they fit me well, They are far from perfect from the factory. I really like what you did with the Talley's and your machined bottom metal. You could put me on your list if you decide to do some custom work.
