My Tula 49 is here!

So, it arrived from Westrifle today, and it appears to be a really nice piece (mild refurb). It came into work today so I didn't get to pull it out and fully examine it. All numbers matching, cannot wait to pull it apart, clean it up and take pictures. Will post once I do! Now, what to buy next?

I would LOVE to get a non refurb numbers matching '49. Maybe one day. My '51 needs a buddy to hang out with. Thinking about just grabbing another $180 one from wholesale.

Upon quick inspection, numbers are all matching, but it does have a refurb stamp. But, it's still a numbers matching 49 and to me that's all that matters. Non Refurb would have been nice but hey there is still only so many of them arond anyways, have my eyes on a non refurb 51 next, or an Izzy refurbed or otherwise

Those 49 Russians with the spike look so much better than SKS56 from China. Very nice looking rifles.

Congrat! You got a very nice one I expect mine tomorrow,thursday for sure I already have one but cant wait to have another. 1 49 is nice but 2 49 is better

I hear ya! Thanks guys, I am pretty pumped about it! Like I said, even with the refurb stamp it doesn't appear to be refurbed although I might be missing something but don't think so

I got the cosmo cleaned off last night and cleaned it all up. Bore is in ecellent shape, no carbo pitting anywhere, if its been shot, Its only been shot a few times cause it in excellent shape!! So pleased with my purchase
