Has anyone sent their Gempro scale in for warranty or service? What was your experience like? Good, Bad, dare I say ugly? Thanks for sharing your experience.

Recently had to send a brand new Gempro300. Sending it to a PO box in Vancouver seem sketchy kinda concerned about the end result considering the warranty instruction.
 
Sent mine in about a year ago. Great service sent in the scale only as it says to do and got back a compete new scale.
I was leery about it also as the place doesn't even have a phone number.
 
Just an update my experience it had not been good as other members here. My scale stayed at the PO box for little over 15 working day. Only way to contact My Weigh Canada seems to be through email which was provide by my weigh usa and response has been limited. Finally the scale was received after a few emails to them on Dec 10, 2016.

No return on my scale warranty and 5 days w/no response from my latest email regarding an update for service. I've been polite on all my correspondences.

So hopefully you guy get better service. Contact cs@canadianweigh.com if you're running into warranty issues. Hopefully theu come through. GLTA.
