My winchester 21 is finally back

They did during the 80's up until they quit making the late model 101's and 23's but they were a different thread pattern and diameter altogether. They were interchangeable with the original Browning invector and the flush mount Ruger chokes found on the Red Label and Gold Label. I would almost bet Briley has a thin wall flush mount in the original winchoke thread pattern & diameter.

Thanks Spank. I'll check it out

If Stan baker did the chokes they will be 100% concentric he was ahead of everyone as far as chokes and shotgun smithing . I have read many of his articals from back in the day very informative . Beautiful gun !

Flush mounts would finish off to perfection. I like extended tubes on my 870, but on a SxS, it loses the classic look.

Well, having drooled over this fine bit of work I have to add how much I too admire the finished product.
Very Nice and Well Done too.
Yah know BUM, some might like the half frozen fish beating too ;)
Thanks for sharing.

Hacksaw the barrels down to 18.5 that would make a great blaster.

Surely yea jest, but if your not an act of sacra ledge like hacking the barrels on that gun like this is an offence that carries an automatic death penalty, but before doing so all your tattoos would be painted over and all body piercings pulled out with rusty pliers.

Nice blaster John. Hack them barrels down and yer good to go when ya run into the zombies while out upland hunting. LOL (insert slap forehead emoji)

Thanks Patrick, But that not gona happen, I got a few but not many for that purpose , what the heck is a zombie anyway :)
