May 17 2012: challenged pal/Rpal exams.

May 18 2012: got photo take for application and sent it to marimichi

May 23 2012: application was received

May 24 2012: $80 was taken of my card

June 12 2012: license was being processed

June 19 2012: got called for interview and same with my references

June 21 2012: Current Status: Your application has been processed and your licence has been issued. If you have not received your licence within 2 weeks please contact the Canada Firearms Centre Toll Free number. (1-800 731-4000)

June 29 2012: got my license in the mail!!!

43 days!!!!

Wow....they snagged their money off your card the day after they received it!!! Still haven't taken my coin after 8 days.

And the best part of all is transfers in MB only take 24 hours, sometimes even less for restricteds. I've never had one go past one day, unless it's the weekend of course. Welcome!
 
Nicely done. If you don't have it by Friday, you'll likely get it early next week. If you live in the north eastern part of Winnipeg, condider joining Selkirk Game and Fish if you haven't already.

I agree. I'll take a low population count any day of the week, month or year! Goes well with our 110,000 lakes and untouched wilderness areas, amazing fishing, and on....and on......

No place is really a paradise...... Oh that's right....... If your into the outdoors, northern MB IS paradise!! At least for me, and that's all that matters. ;)

Laugh2Laugh2 Sorry we cap our limit of 87 people to keep the crime at bay. NOT!

just a side note, latest transfer out of province 2 days completed with approval letter & New updated ATT mailed and received in hand.
 
Just bought an sti ranger for BroColt - called it in wednesday approved Thursday morning, gun in my hands by 2pm thursday...

Seems like the Manitoba CFO and staff have thier act together...As an instructor I see these people frequently and I've come to believe that the Winnipeg office really do make every attempt to service us as best they can.

Well said, we certainly could not ask for any quicker processing times........
 
hopefully ill get it soon ive been checking that mail and i havent gotten anything yet lol im thinking of going this range alled white wolf...i heard selkirk game and fish is usually full of people but thanks though w:h:
