Mystery .22 - Can you help identify it?

Found an old gunsmith in AB that has stripped several of these and has various parts laying around. Pm me if need be.
 
I have one very similar, I made the mistake of buying 1100 rounds for it before I ever fired it. I had no idea how slow I would be with it but I've found it accurate and super fun to shoot.
