Its a 1950s sporter of a milsurp. These were dead common in Europe in the post war years, and continue to this day. You used to be able to buy these from the likes of Frankonia etc etc back then. It is the equivalent of a Globe/Century International tarted up military rifle, which in German was proofed for sale.
The only upside I see is it isnt drilled and tapped, but nothing else is particularly spectacular, so I would honestly say its a 300$ rifle, that could be used for a good build.
