Easy. 600 thread count Egyptian cotton stained with coffee and red paint...or fresh blood. Try spot cleaning with OxiClean Max Force Laundry Stain Remover, then hand wash in warm water and air dry.

maybe the blood stains could be explained if the items were really small tomahawk heads..... that's my guess anyhow
