I’ve been asked to help identify 5 mystery magazines, the owner is 92 and just can’t recall. They look to be off prohibited sized pistols. Number 2 is mark “Mauser”.
Any suggestions?

Magazine in the middle of the top row appears to be for a Mauser Model 1914 pistol. Pistol chambered for .32 ACP.

Regarding #3, my factory FN 1922 magazine is .429 thick, 1.062 wide and 4.037 tall over all at the back, 3.931 taken from the rear edge to the cut out at the top. Both 7.65mm and .380 acp magazines have the same dimensions.
These were used all over Europe, so there may well have been after-market makers. I have encountered a couple of no-name magazines that are slightly longer, have the same width and thickness and do not fit in a 1922. No idea so far what they would fit.

#1 magazine on second row appears to be for a Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless. Also chambered in 7.65/32 ACP.

Could be after market, a real colt would have name on it, have you tried it in a gun?
I have one like 3, pos that came with a Walter PP, too short, for that, cheap looking thing.
Their a lot of different 32/7.62 guns in Europe , some common, some not so

So, Do we have any ideas on 4 or 5?
From the checking I've done(with out putting them into any firearms to confirm) 1 looks to be a Colt 1903, 2 looks to be a Mauser 1914 & 3 looks to be a FN 1922 mag.

Yes, #1 looks like a Colt 1903 .32ACP mag except the follower is wrong.

Hello
I just ran across this post and figured 'what can I lose?'
If it's for sale, how much would you want for the Mauser 1914 magazine?
Thanks.
Regards
Richard

Posting EE type solicitations [buy or sell] are a no-no in the discussion forum(s).

Thanks.
