If you want to Youtube it, it's called "Woofer Weapons", and the final extreme test involving explosives set off one blank cartridge in one of the rifles. Therefore, the experiment was deemed "plausible", which is kind of irrelevant because the only "slamfires" I have witnessed was when the rifle was being fired, not from other external causes. They fail to mention that the most common cause of slamfires is from a fouled firing pin, either from Cosmoline or inadequate cleaning which is very misleading IMO. I really enjoy watching MB, but there was a few times when I groaned with dismay about how they carried out their tests in this particular scenario...
