N310 powder in 38 special

has anyone used N310 in 38 special with lead bullets 158gr or wadcutters. just looking load data

I used N310 for awhile. It created the most accurate ammo I ever made. But could not find more, but found several jugs of TiteGroup, so switched to that. Not as good as N310.

It is very fast. Similar to Bullseye.

what was your load with this powder and what weight of bullet.

148 double base wad cuter 3.0 N310 Worked very well in several different revolvers.

If you need data, use Bullseye as a guide.

Vihta Vuaori manual doesn't list loads for N310 in 38 sp. so I suppose they don't recommend it.
Having said that Titewad is as close to that speed( although slower) as any commonly available powder.
The VV manuals lists loads for N320,N330 and N340 for .38 sp in 148 or 158 gr .

i also have n340 and clays to try as well. I'm planning to load some 38 special soon with 158gr lswc or RN.

2.8g of N310 was the very best load I have ever tried in .38 Special with home cast 148-150g WC
As posted the standard Bullseye load of 2.75-3g gave the best results with the N310.

I have also tried N320, Clays, HS6, Tightgroup, 700x, and probably more.
