you need a deep pocket and some...luck to get one now! Check with tallterry, a cgner, a professor with a passion of wwll japanese military collectibles, go do a google search and you may find her excellent website!
I bought my T14 from Teri Bryant. She will have them for sale from time to time. The T94s are "prohibited". Other wartime Japanese handguns become even pricier. Teri is very knowledgeable and quite generous in sharing information. She is one of the people who is quite careful about how "good" she rates a pistol. She has a website (but I can't remember the name: try Teri Bryant or Japanese Handguns). They tend to be pricey and cartridges are moreso. Cartridges can be bought through Ellwood Epps. If you're going to shoot it more than fifty times, you probably ought to save the casings and buy some reloading gear.
