Am I right in thinking a black bear left this present for me?
There were what appeared to be claw marks in the tree, and a bears paw print on the ground, though it has rained for the last two days so it was hard to tell.
Floor boards are 2x6 if that helps.

Coon poop or some other midsized omnivour. Pretty dinky for bear.

Its all berries and seeds, and the upper one is cylindrical and much too large for a raccoon.

If there were bear bells, Seiko's, Rolex, camera straps, eye'd say grizzly.
But as the photo shows, black bear for sure.
