Have you shot these? What load are you using
I'm not so certain that they are Gold Dot unless Speer has changed the design.
The .40 Gold Dot bullets I have used recently look like this photo from Speer's website. Note the lead "wedges" exposed on the leading edge:

gold dot?
..... I've been loading 800X for years in my 10mm's it is without a doubt the best but hardest powder to work with for them...With a 6" barrel I have gotten 1850fps with 135gr Nosler HP's.![]()
I just got my first 10mm and will be looking to load for it as well to maximize the potential. From what I have read so far they are saying that Winchester 175gr Silvertip HP are the best factory load with regards to the true potential pushing upwards of 1300fps. I have also been reading that these projectiles work very well and the accuracy is very consistent too.
Looking to replicate it but have not been able to find any Winchester 175gr (WB40St175) bullets anywhere.
I don't post data anymore but you can find some of it here.
Look at the attachment for rifle data in Carphunters post my guns were 4.6" Glock 20 - 6" Delta Elite - 18.5" Contender.
