Nanaimo Rendezvous

I decided to post a few photos of some of the novelty shoots at our rendezvous. (end of June). The first pictures are some of the targets from the fort shoot; people shoot through loopholes in a mock fort. They are advised to not shoot themselves in the foot and to not shoot their horses. An evil mind placed the horses and feet in some strategic locations :>)

the second group of photos are from the mini cannon shoot; rules being that the cannon cannot exceed 1" and is muzzle loaded. The targets were sitting ducks at 25 yards for the first 5 shots then about 35 yards for the last 5 shots. The cannoneers appeared not to have read the book about how easy it is to shoot a sitting duck :>)
