Ok just found out that polar bear season 2013 starts on Nov 1 at 6am and 4 tags are OPEN so anyone can go find a bear and return quickly and report. 3 other tags will go into a lottery system afterwards which people will have to put their names in for. i'm getting ready NOW as those 4 open tags means I got a chance to finally after 3 other yrs to get one.
