"natasha" the svt dragunov

Im not sure which SVD clone your talking about...

when it comes to "exact dragunov clone" CGN user "incorrigible" has without a doubt the closest looking Dragunov clone ive seen out of an SVT =http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php/570239-SVT-40-to-SVD-Dragunov-Build/page11?highlight=dragunov

This CGN user has made a nice one = http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php/760894-SVT-40-(-Dragunov-stock-)-gun-####?highlight=svt+40+svd

There are a few others on CGN that have made similar clones, one had BBQ in his user name but I cant remember the rest

CGN user "4307" made a very pretty SVD style full stock for his SVT = http://www.canadiangunnutz.com/forum/showthread.php/1179832-My-shooter-SVT-40-project-purest-be-warned?highlight=svt+40+svd

I made an SVT Dragunov clone and did name it "Natasha"... I had a few Utube videos featuring it aswell, but have since pulled them off the internet in order to clear any risk of music copyright issues and in preparation for My new Utube channel i'll be starting up later this spring, it will once again feature Natasha and a very detailed "how to video" done the road.

A how to video would be great!

You did a beautiful job on Natasha. I can appreciate the time, effort and your talent. It's not an easy build, that's for sure.

Ya I've been trying to find photos of it, to compare to yours, as I am planning a build. As I recall they were the nicest looking SVT builds I've seen. Its gotta have the full wood though. A true craftsman takes what he is given and makes the best of it. Once you start trying to make it something it isn't, it is just cheezy. Yours is a work of art.
