Naval Snider ID?

Hello. I just purchased a snider on the EE that was a naval Snider. Can anyone please help me tell me what to look for? I can only see the odd proof marks.

Same dimensions as army sht rifle but has brass trgger guard with swivel mounted on it, buttplate,and nosecap.

The one on the EE does not have a sling swivel on the tg.

Uh Oh...there is no swivel on the trigger guard. There is a missing stud in the stock just past the trigger guard. So...it isn't a naval Snider?

Ok...So this is a "Tower" marked Snider. I just did some research and it seems they are a bit of a rarity?

So...found out something interesting. Its a mark 1 sergeants model. I think the lock has been changed though..apparently there were only 200 made, at least according to Skennertons book.
