I found this artifact at a estate sale. Looks auththentic, but I don't know what the marking on the back indicates. Anyone seen this before?

It was found in a watertight air sealed bag with a card board backing buried in a collection that has not moved in at least 30 or so years. (Widow is selling of her husbands collection) It's almost like a tinfoil one side, and a weird cardboard on the otherside.

2 stickers on the bag for $169.95 (Not what I paid for it!)

thats a nazimproof mark ( sorry dont know correct TERM ) but theres SO MANY FAKES its tough to know.
if it doesnt look old or old enough used abused to have been 1940s then most likely it aint .

RZM stamps are from the ReichZeugMeisterei, it was a dept that handled licensing, procurement and distribution to party formations,

that being said, most of the rzm stamps i've seen have a id number with the stamp so they know where it came from,
