DON'T BUY OPTIC'S FROM FITCO!
There is a reason why they give you 50% of Deckard. Because you need 2 optics for every 1 shoot.

I have the NC star compact scopes on my Storm and M4, I am happy with them, but not an expert on scopes.

Try the fixed magnification

I am thinking of trying one on a ar

I tried one and found that I was always playing with my focus as I went through the different magnifications. At 3 power focus would be good but when you went to say 6 it was out of focus and I had to spend a lot of time dicking around with the objective focus, when it got to 9 power it was really bad.

Might be different for you.

I tried a scope from fitco, in less than a year the crosshairs moved around. When he has them on sale only 30 day warrenty!

Okay, you learn something every day. NcStar is Chinese too (I think) but it seems two Chinese makes vary.

Talk to Killercane on here. He sells NC Star and has a lifetime warranty. He has them listed on the EE I believe.
