ncstar mark3 laser dot and crosshairs dont illuminate

hey there i just bought a ncstarmark3 tactical scope,the laser dot works fine by itself and so does the crosshair illumination,but when i switch it to work together the crosshair light up for a second then go out as the laser comes on,is there maybe an adjustment or something,some advise would be greatly appreciated.

I hope it's nothing serious. I'm curious (I'm new to NCstar and, lovin' 'em so far...) about their warrantly program. You may be the "support tester"! If it's new, I would do too much with it except inquire at support.

I'm subbed for interest...I am really likin' my new scopes and, would love to read about your "no hassle" return!

Your not the only i have heard say the same thing aout that scope. Maybe a manufacturing defect.
