NcStar Scope on Mosin

I'm getting a 2x7 32mm LER scope and mount for my Mosin Nagnt M91/30. I was just wondering if anybody has tried this setup and what they thought. I'm just not up for drilling and tapping my 1944 Izzy Ex-sniper. As it is now I can hit a 12 inch steel plate at 200 yards with irons. How hard will this thing be to sight in??, and how much more accurate will my shots be? Anyways if anyone has any advice give me a shout. Blake
