NcStar Spotting scope...

Well, I didn't make any rifle purchases while I was in Perth, but I did pick up this NcStar spotting scope...20x60x60.

I know it isn't a high end optic, but I have been wanting to get one because I have a few milsurps that I do not want to scope and my binoculars weren't cutting it. Just from using it in my yard, it works very well and it is very clear.

What is the consensus on NcStar scopes?

Have a P4 Sniper 1.5-6X40 and I like mine, just wish the illumination wasnt green. Rather have red. I bought it for the illumination, but find I shoot and forget to turn it on. Still new to me, but have no issues except in low light the illumination lights up the inside of the tube and detracts from what you are looking at.

Compared to most others it is right on par...just not quite US optics quality...but then again neither is my paycheck.
