I was talking to NEA about the firearm that was keyholing. I don't have specific details but they said it was an issue with one of the prongs on the muzzle break and it was fine after it was changed.
I'm assuming it was bent or off centre and the bullet was touching it on the way out.....besides sideways bullets are better...they make bigger holes so there is more chance of getting a better score
