Just tighten your castle nut with a proper ar stock wrench and don't worry about it. Staking and locktite are rather premature given that you are still working out some issues.

Don't worry about it?? WTF the rifle should have never left the shop like that,much less the dealer.

Better than Mil Spec, no way in hell, but at least Mil Spec is a set standard with associated testing and QC.

"Don't worry about it." was in regards to the simple fix to a loose castle nut.

My comments were not aimed at the dealer that should have checked for a known problem, or at a manufacturer that is in the dog house right now. Too much negativity on CGN lately! The loose castle nut is a non issue - thus: Don't worry about it!
