I've long believed that the best customer service is the one that you never used. There are a lot of people in this thread praising NEA's customer service for fixing a rifle that was essentially poorly made in the first place, and one based on a spec that is nearing six decades in age.
If that's the hallmark of a good company, I think I'll pass because NEA's defenders are actually making stuff like Norinco look good -- and I laughed out loud when I laid eyes on one of those.
