I'm happy to see that you guys are so dedicated to your clients as it's rare and refreshing in most industries these days! My only comment would be that everyone who depends on the JIT process is starting to learn just how fragile it is and how it totally kills any leeway or flexability in the supply process.
Might be good on paper, but is just not practical as it's not a perfect world.
I've noticed most shops are starting to eliminate as many links in the supply chain as posssible and providing more and more in house substitution so as to garantee as much as possible no work stoppage due to unforseen supply problems. Not a criticism, just a observation.
