Ive been killing myself trying to find a NEA/BCL rail online, and ive turned up squat... any idea where I could source one? I love the look of the colt canada IUR rail, but i cant find a stripped upper either, and i find that the rails for AR15 BCL/NEA look similar. Id really apriciate any and all help from you guys and gals! Ive got a BCL lower that im building from the ground up with a 20" barrel in mind and its tricky finding the stuff I want. A real pain in the you know where...

Only help I can offer is to avoid NEA/BCL. It’s not comparable to Colt Canada. If you like the IUR style, wait for a real one to appear on the EE.
Plus, right now is a very hard time to find parts, ppl are losing their shirts buying everything due to upcoming bans.

Good luck!

Contact SFRC. I'm not sure if they are on their website. But there's quite a few NEA rails on a shelf. I grabbed one today to get me by.

Oh parts are easy for me, I can find everything very easily but finding a Canadian product is my focus. Colt Canada IUR stripped uppers are impossible to find unfortunately, and when they are found people want stupid prices. BCL is fine with me since im capable of doing any and all work to correct any issues myself.

I called them already actually, and they cant get anything. Canada Ammo has them right now, but the price is kind of high, hoping they might b able to get a sale going some time soon, or if they do a mil discount.

I found a guy on ####### that was going to sell me one for 60 bucks, but he decided that "If I sell you it I could be a criminal, and I would be breaking the law, and bill c71" even tho a stripped upper has literally nothing to do with any of that since a stripped upper is NOT the serialized, and C71 isn't in effect yet. Derp people gnna do derp things i guess...

Any reason why you want a stripped IUR upper and not a barrelled assembly? You can commonly find IUR uppers without BCG or CH on the EE for 800$ ish or so with minimal round count or 900-1k new. Plus a stripped CC IUR upper requires an expensive proprietary wrench to install the barrel as the handguard is integrated into the receiver as one single piece. As others have said, CC is TOP shelf product where as BCL/ NEA is like bargain bin clearance.

Actually yes, that might work! Thing is i want a 20" barrel... least id do is 18" unless I can get a good deal. Thanks for correcting me on that, props to you, I appreciate it! And I want a BCL because its canadian made, and Im not afraid to polish and fix it as I do it or a living. And it would make an awesome sleeper rifle. People wont be expecting it to be awesome.

Which BCL rail are you looking for?

Ryan
Im looking for a BCL upper, not a rail sorry.

Why not cc non iur stripped upper instead?

Why not cc non iur stripped upper instead?

Because I simply prefer the IUR due to the aesthetics of the rail, and because it's what I'm used to shooting. I'm not interested in branching out anything else besides the iur or a bcl/nea
