2 questions
1 Can gunsmith machine to 5/8X24 and 308 bore? Is there enough meat?
2 Since NEA works with you to a point, will they come out with version for 308/300?

I feel like it would be possible to machine enough material away and still be useful but let me get the old callipers out when I get home and I'll let you know. I'll also email NEA tomorrow and see if there's any likelihood of a 308/300 version. I'm really hoping they make more 300 products soon.
 
I posted it in the SFRC sub. SFRC is, as far as I can tell, the only place that sells a lot of NEA products including the CFH. I also have a direct link to SFRC in the review. If not here, where else do I put this? Or are you more commenting on the commenting going on in this post?
