I for one am considering cancelling my order if a hard and fast time of arrival is not set from NEA. We all have been waiting too long...............................especially when the answer is 'arriving shortly'

None of the half dozen or so I have will work.

The end plate isn't required...take a look at the photos...none to be seen.

I'm confused. Sounds like you said none of the half dozen end plates you have will work but then you just said that with an end plate it's "no problem". I'm considering picking up one of these stocks and would like to know what the potential issues are if any.

I said a stock plate...ie milspec.
All the ones i have on hand are aftermarket or have some kind of sling mount.
These are no good.

No offense intended...are you using the carrier and spring that came with the kit? If so, did you assemble the BCG correctly? (since you need to add a bolt, cam pin, firing pin and firing pin retaining pin to the carrier). Can you post pics?

There is no end plate/shim required. I think you installed something incorrectly.

There is talk in another thread about trimming the end of the carrier to allow it to move further back to be caught by the bolt catch...but I don't have that issue with mine. Ryan is just trying to be helpful and figure out why it isn't working for you, no need to be dickish. Why did you let your stock sit "gathering dust for over a month" and not give Ryan a call?
