Thankyou!
I think I found my favorite type of parts to use for my builds now. I think if anyone is overly concerned about the color, they shouldn't be. My friend had bought NEA stuff and there is a coating of powdery stuff on it. This can be remedied by wiping it down with a cloth and gun oil. I've used the Remgrit stuff on mine and it seems to add to the finish a little and gives it a Teflon coating to protect the finish a little better once it dries. Camera flashes seem to find the base color in the black. I have somewhere a picture of a Palmetto State Armoury, lower and it shows up, Grey like an old style Colt Receiver and when you see it in person, it's as black as ever. For the fact of the quality, our guys at NEA have done a fantastic job of creating a quality product for an insainly low price.
I think NEA should hire me. Lol!
