NEA Issues *WARNING*

i gave up on NEA. They were suppose to compensate me with a spare bolt or muzzle device for their shipping errors that cost me 50 bucks. Never did they send me one but sent 2 emails asking for it and zero response. Last time I deal with those guys.

That totally blows, guys. SFRC's always been good to me, and Ryan's always provided top notch service, but then again, I've never bought any NEA products from them, always something else.

Well boys today is Wednesday and I have not heard anything back from SFRC Ryan about my request even though I sent another email yesturday. BTW I never got that Stock NEA president offered. So I feel like im being played here by both companies. Let the cat and mouse games begin

Now why would you say that. I am just a bit behind in emails and I have to check if the upper you want it available.

Sorry Ryan, I'm a little impatient and annoyed by NEA. I gave them a second chance to get it right but they just blew it away and nowI just want to get this done and over with so I dont have to bother you anymore with my emails. I think we have exchanged over 30 emails backs and forth

I told you in a PM how to deal with this situation. Watch how fast you get a response if you do what I suggested.

Actually we had already been emailing right after the new issues arose and I told him what we would do for him. We were just trying to figure out what the credit was going to be used towards and I had to check on stock availability. You really have no idea what is going on here and you just like to stir the pot as usual. Deagle and I have been emailing a lot since the issues developed with the first gun...I just hadn't replied on if the Troy M7 Kit was still available.

If you must know, he emailed me at 8:11pm last night and I emailed him back at about 11am.

I read in another thread that you say your sales of nea guns goea up after threads like this. How could that be? I don't think that's the case here.. Maybe im wrong.

I don't have to do anything to "stir the pot". IMO NEA is their own worst enemy. I just wanted to help deagle,

I have nothing against SFRC Ryan and he has been helpful from day one. I was just impatient. On the other hand nea has lost a repeat costumer and maybe many more. My issue is being solved by Ryan and I am very happy with their service. I am going to continue supporting SFRC. How ever if none took responsibility for this than I would have gone the legal way to get my hard earned money back.

SFRC and Ryan have always been willing to work through any issues that have come up. I have a NEA DMR and hope to never have serious issues but if do, having someone like Ryan in my corner is why I continue to deal with him.

Good luck with that. You'd spend many times that amount.
I have found the vendors here to be outstanding regarding customer service so I don't think it would ever come to that.

Same thing happened to me. Sent an email to ask where it was but I was ignored.

Perhaps you should let this thread die and cool it with the threats of litigation...in spite of the theater of deagel this thread has become your getting treated well by SFRC, at the same time slagging one of his product lines that by all accounts is trying to do the right thing. Before the rest of you fire both barrels, consider that everyone I've read about having a problem with NEA rifles has been taken care of. I challenge you to show me a company that didn't have some problems when starting. Are any of you actually stupid enough to think that a thread like this will make them suddenly do everything perfect? All we can ask is they work towards getting it together, preferably sooner, and other than this so called proof it looks like they are.

From the manual;

Sustained rate of fire for the NEA-15 Rifle is 12-15 rounds per minute. This is the actual rate of fire that a weapon can continue to deliver for an indefinite length of time without serious overheating. Sustained rate of fire should never be exceeded except under circumstances of extreme urgency.

Not 50...You can damage any rifle this way.

This NEA firearm carries a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser and covers all defects in material and workmanship. Any unauthorized, repair, misuse, abuse, modifications or alterations of this product is not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not include normal and expected wear of components, exterior finishes and appearance through use.

For clarity, 50 rounds a minute is clearly misusing the rifle according to the terms of the warranty. Instead of continuing to use this forum as a hammer, take a pill and let Ryan take care of it. The court of opinion isn't a court of law...if this went to litigation there would be a one looser and I'll give one guess who that would be.

As for the I didn't get my extras...I'd like to see the e-mail exchange as some guys get treated great and others talk of being ignored...about an EXTRA bolt or ADDITIONAL muzzle device, did it look something like this thread?

This thread was opened to inform everyone about these possible issues. There was no threats made. Everything is being handled. Now im just going to respectfuly ignore you cause you dont know wtf your talking about.

They're not exactly just starting out, NEA has been around for some time now.

.......Are any of you actually stupid enough to think that a thread like this will make them suddenly do everything perfect?

With their current track record, definitely not. Not suddenly, maybe not even for the foreseable future.

It's hard to post an e-mail exchange when only the unsatisfied customer is doing the e-mailing. Both guys who posted their complains stated they were ignored.
