NEA/PCFGA Team 3 Gun Match, October 4/5, Peace River, AB. Two spots open!

back home from the Peace and I gotta tell ya, it was a awesome set of matches, being a relative newbie to 3 gun and my partner (Recoveryarms2) being a total newb, we had no issues running and gunning with these guys and gal! HUGE shot out to Steveo and ACC for running a first class operation! Connor from Finger Puppet Mafia for the lend of his scattergun thanks buddy! Look out Steveo, that kid can run a gun!!

I won't try to thank everyone by name because that is how people get missed and I don't want to miss anyone, but to all the sponsors: a big thank you for supporting shooting sports and donating so many outstanding prizes!!! All of ya that camped on the range, it was great for the comraderie, and to spend time with like minded people!

You all will definitely be seeing Recoveryarms2 and I at more of these!!

Thanks, Jay. Always a pleasure when you're around. Pretty sweet when your partner takes home an NEA AR at his first match, eh?

We did have some more prizes come in the mail on Monday, thanks to Canada Post.

GSdesigns donated some of their 3D printed LAR magazine extensions. I'll be including two of them in with each NEA AR and the rest will get saved for our next match.

 
Hey Stevo, just to clarify on the tent. It is the Sanjel Peace River staff fund, not Sanjel Canada.

It was a great shoot! Have to get my partner trained up a little better for next year, but I didn't shoot the greatest a couple stages either!

Big thank-you to everyone involved in the three gun . That was so much fun . First three gun and only the second competition i've done and I can't remember the last time I had that much fun shooting . Courses were a perfect combination of challenging and fun . Great group of shooters and good prizes (maybe a new gun next year) Stevo and Greg , thanks for the help . I will most certainly be back next year.

That blindfolded stage was just murderous Stevo! Talk about being completely unprepared for that sh*t!! I hosed us for time there :(

Everything else was fricken awesome! First time doing two shooters on the line, which was super cool. Plus Tannerite!
 
This was the first shoot we've ever sponsored in Canada, and it looks like it went great!

I'm already thinking about next year. Maybe find some of those gravity boot things.........

Well received is a big understatement. The crowds standing around the different stages would cheer every time a shooter hit and detonated a target provided by Gryphonenergetics. It was awesome to see that many people cheer at one time.

Thanks for the sponsorship of that stage!

Apologies to the vets, didn't intend to cause any shell shock! :)

If anyone has some videos of the stuff going off we'd love to see it. Hopefully next year we can attend in person, sounds like a stellar event!
