being dumb...are the NEA grips compatible with the Ruger SR-22?

It theory they should fit anything that takes an AR15 grip but I've found a few Rem 870 stock adaptors etc that don't take some Ergo style grips.

No, they come with standard A2 grips. These are an upgraded one they will be offering.
