NEA Remington 870 14" Barrel

You know for the few seconds it takes to plug a barrel before parking. Even the norcs aren't parked on the inside and they have a bead. In a machine shop setting installing a bead takes under 2 minutes. That tells me more about their business philosophy than anything else despite what they claim. I will damn well never sell my 14" Remington and my Dalsk comes in as probably the best quality aftermarket barrels at this time.

I never asked them to install beads. In the future I may offer some with beads but right now I am only offering them without.

Ryan if you can get them to make a bunch for you threaded for Rem chokes I bet they would sell like hot cakes . Of course they would also have to fit the Grizzly & HP9
Oh and a front sight would also be nice .
I contacted them about getting them with Rem choke & they told me they don't do custom work ?

Even a light barrel can be threaded carefully for certain chokes so I'd say a Medium countour would be no problem.
I bought an NEA barrel from them for more then $150 and was a bit turnded off by the parked interior. The detent ball on the lug flew off while I was removing the barrel after trying the fit. This was brand new, never fired.
For $150 I could look past the park job, but do these come with a warranty from NEA?

Lifetime warranty?

I don't see why you couldn't. I'm putting a turkey choke in one for fun

Already checked into it . Have 14" HP9 barrel & Remington breacher choke .
Measured it & there is not sufficient material in the thickness of the barrel to safely thread it .
My post you quoted was about threading a Griz / HP9 barrel .
If you are saying you are putting a turkey choke in med profile NEA barrel then you answered the question "can they be threaded for chokes".
