NEA still NEA'ing

No that just helps the projectiles to keyhole faster. Perfectly normal nothing to see here.

NEA's low cost production method, not drilling, not machining, they shot it with an amour piecing round.

No, and no.
It's clean, brand new, never installed. It's not from a bullet strike, it's from a tool and the "tool" using it. Lots of other milling errors on this one as well that I won't get into...even without that horrendous gouge, this thing would probably destabilize bullets due to a nice big ridge running all the way down one side of the center line.
