I read on here the other day that NEA still has plans to build parts for various different guns, but they have pretty much delayed everything to work on the AR-15 products that have been so profitable. Given events down south, and the coming protracted shortage of all things AR, I think you will see them stick with the AR's for quite some time, then go back to their other product lines when things calm down. Hopefully by then, they'll be one of the more respected AR builders around due to their higher experience level.
I just put together an NEA lower for an AR and I'm impressed.
