Nea warranty

Hey guys,

I have a nea quad rail that cracked. It was purchased feb of this year.
Im trying to get it replaced but the warranty page on the nea website isnt giving me confirmation that it went through. Ive sent emails to the sales emails with no reply. Anyone have a contact number for them or a warranty email?

I think your best be might be to call Ryan at SFRC as I think they are the contact point for NEA now.

Here's the problem with NEA's warranty, they'll replace your NEA quad rail with another NEA quad rail. If they wanted to truly take care of their customers they'd replace it with a DD rail or Troy rail.
