I finda feel bad for NEA in a way, but you also can't have any "emotional ties" to anything you do and/or post on the Internet. I think someone else said it here, a Mod I think, "You have to have your big boy pants on." I think NEA is a great company, a bit green around the gills, but trying hard to get to an A+++ product: but they don't have unlimited funds, so at some point you have to put the product out the door and take a few licks for it. Mine comes "broken" so be it, as long as they keep up the awesome warranty I hear about: watch out Jeff, I plan to own mine 40+ more years.
