Ran across a neat video of a new accessory for the Lee Turret Press. It ejects a completed round allowing you to focus on loading a new shell. I'd think this would improve my reloading speed by about 10%, YMMV.

Yah, I know this is old hat for you progressive press dudes.

Is this from Lee or something someone has created in their workshop? The Lee Classic Turret is a great press, solid, simple and pretty fast for a non-progressive. This would make it even better.

The product is from a company called Inline Fabrication. They make some neat stuff for various reloading presses (RCBS, Dillon, etc.). I was looking at their storage solutions for the Lee Classic turret heads when I found the case ejector.

Thanks a lot. Must get one.

+1 a great little company have a couple of their toys for my press..

A friend just took the plunge an ordered one of these. He will be the guinea-pig but I will report back how well these things work.

More later...

To report back. My buddy's ejector kit came in from Inline Fabrication and it's very neat. The key to the mechanism is a new indexing rod which reverses the direction of rotation than the stock Lee component.

Anyway, it works as advertised without any difficulties. The ejector "arm" is actually made of a rubber-like polymer that will bend instead of breaking if there are any jams e.g. if the shell holder gets rotated out of the needed position. The trays that come with the kits are also very neat. I as impressed with the set-up. Thumbs up for Inline Fab!!
