Which one piece mount are you using?
I would make sure the top half of the rings don't get switched around and find the torque specs for the bottom mount and for the top half of the rings. Consistency helps in accuracy, that being said a Tavor isn't a a precision gun, I own one and mine is far from a tack driver.
Cheers!!
if this is the one piece base where the bottoms of both rings are connected I wouldn't bother, wouldn't worry about it at all,
Now if you had separate steel rings, especially if it were an older rifle or milsurp, I would look at lapping them.
